Empowering Every Child’s Journey: Where Potential Meets Possibility
Ausum Kids was established with a heartfelt mission: to empower children with special needs, particularly those with autism, by unlocking their potential and fostering their creativity. Our center offers a comprehensive range of therapies within a nurturing environment, providing ample opportunities for socialization. Our multidisciplinary team of specialists, including doctors, therapists, teachers, and special educators, is dedicated to the holistic development of each child.
At Ausum Kids, we believe that therapy extends beyond the confines of a room. Our unique approach emphasizes the application of therapeutic practices in real-world settings. Through our Outdoor Retreats program, children interact with nature, animals, and various social environments like malls, theaters, and public places. This exposure helps them overcome daily challenges and enhances their ability to socialize and interact confidently with the world around them. By fostering a secure, freedom-filled environment, we enable children with special needs to reach their maximum potential. We also recognize the critical role of parents and therapists in the Ausum Kids community. Our initiative supports parents with Sunyatee Retreats that offer meditation programs for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, we provide international-level therapy certifications and continuous professional development for therapists, ensuring they remain updated with the latest advancements in special needs care.
We improve planning, collaboration and recruiting processes so people-first companies can consistently and fairly hire the best talent.
