Behavior therapy focuses on identifying and changing unhealthy behaviors through techniques like reinforcement, modeling, and systematic desensitization.
What is Behavior Therapy?

It systematically applies these principles to enhance meaningful behaviors and demonstrates through evidence that these interventions lead to behavioral improvements.
